     Eliza, Malinda, Isaac, William, Sarah, Eliza, Henry, Caroline, Elnora and Aaron was listed as a household member living with David Langel in the 1860 Census in Violet Township, Fairfield Co, OH; David and William were farming. David had $2800 in personal property and William had $100. Melinda was doing "domestic affairs." Eliza couldn't read or write; William, Sarah, Eliza, Henry, Caroline, "Ellen" and Aaron had all attended school in the last year. They were enumerated next to Elizabeth Langel, who had real property, so it is likely that David and William were farming her land.6

     Oct 9, 1888, Eliza elected to waive her dower rights in favor of the provisions of David's will.13
     Eliza died on Apr 12, 1894 in Fairfield Co, OH, at age 81.3 She was buried after Apr 12, 1894 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Fairfield Co, in OH.3
