The court approved of Daniel Lengel's choice of David Lengel as his Guardian
(order made out and taken away)
To the honorable the Judges of the Orphans Court of Berks County
The Petition of Daniel Lengel son of Stephen Lengel late of Heidelberg Township in the Said County yeoman deceased
Humbly showeth
That he is minor a above the age of fourteen years and has no Guardian appointed to take care of his person and Estate he therefore pray the Court to admit them to make choice of a Guardian for the purposes aforesaid
