D. 1851 before the Subscriber, a Justice of the Peace within and for Said County Appeared Andrew Knopper, John Brunner and Jacob Boyer Appraisers of the property and Estate of Philip angle Late of Said County, Deceased; who were duly Sworn, Truly, honestly and impartially To appraise the Estate and property of the Said Philip Langel, which Which[sic] Shall be Exhibited to us and perform the other duties Required by law, in the premises, According to the best of our Knowledge and Ability

Brunner Andrew Knepper and Jacob Boyer appraisers duly appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Said County of Fairfield do hereby Certify that having been first duly Sworn according to law, and it having been given to the legatees of the Said Philip Lengle Deceased, of the time and place of making the inventory and apprasement on the 10 day of February 1851 at 10 oclock A. M. at the late residence of the Said Philip Lengle We proceeded to inventory and appraise the goods Chattels monies, rights and credits of the Said Philip Lengel, wich are deemed assets by the Statute in Such case made and provided; and that the foregoing is a correct Statement of the property and effects by us inventoryed and apprised, as exhibited to us

Before me personally appeared David Lengle ex'r of Philip Lengle deceased & made oath that the foregoing inventory is in all respects just & true. That it contains a true statement of all the Estate & property of deceased which has come to his knowledge except about Twenty Dollars in Cash and that there were no notes in hand other than is contained in said Inventory & to the best of his knowledge and beleif[sic].
