Public Sale.
The undersigned will offer for sale, at public auction, at the late residence of David Langel Executor of deceased, on the Ninth day of October, 1888, the Goods and Chattels of said deceased, consisting in part of
1 Horse three years old on mare twelve years old on meare & colt. Four cows Five head ofyoung cattle Fourteen head of hogs Sixty Bushels of old Wheat Ninety Bushels of new Wehat Thirty five Acres of Corn. one wagon. one reaper one corn plow. one hay rake. one grain drill. one Harrow, one breaking plow. one faning mill one set of had ladders one set of work harness a lot of grain sacks on grain cradle. one mourig sythe one rifle one buggy pole a lot of chains double-tree and singletrees a lot of forks and shovels augers hand saws plaine chisels squares corn planters, scrapers crosscut saw and other articles.
Sale to commence at 10 o'clock, forenoon.
Terms -- Purchases amounting to five dollars or less to be paid in cash, above that sum, notes on six months, with two good sureties, will be taken.

I, Adam Langel, Executor of the last will and testament of David Langel deceased, do make solemn oath that notices of the sale of the personal property of said deceased, of which the above is a true copy, were posted up in Twentyfive of the most public places in the county of Fairfield, where the deceased last dwelt,more than fifteen days prior to the sale of said property.
