The last will and Testament of David Langel late of Said County, deceased, having been heretofore admitted to probate in said Court, and the undersigned, having been named therein as executor thereof hereby make application for Letters Testamentary thereon.
Said decedent left personal Estate, subject to administration, estimated of the value of about $950.00 And Real Estate directed by said will to be sold, of estimated value of about $1050.00,
Total $2000.00
he offers in bond $4000 with Philip Fenstermaker and William Langel all freeholders of this County, sureties, and suggest Isaac N. Carnes, Andrew Boyer and Oliver Moore as appraisers.

In the matter of the estate of David Langel, deceased,
This day came Adam Langel the person named in the last Will and Testament of the above named David Langel, late of Fairfield County, State of Ohio, deceased, as the Executor thereof and accepted said trust and asked that letters testamentary be issued to him. It is therefore by the Court here ordered that the said Adam Langel execute unto the State of Ohio a Bond in the sum of $4000, conditioned according to law and with sureties acceptable to the Court.
Whereupon came the said Adam Langel and filed his Bond, which Bond, embracing as it does all of the matters above directed, is accepted by the Court.
Thereupon Letters Testamentary were issued to the above named Adam Langel as Executor as aforesaid and Appraisers appointed.
