And afterwards to-wit on the 28th day of May A.D. 1902 the following proceedings were had in the words and figures following to-wit
In the matter of the will of George R. Green, deceased.
This day, an instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of George R. Green late of Harrison township, in this county, deceased, was produced in open court for probate; On consideration whereof, it is ordered that the said will be filed in this court, and that due notice thereof, and of the application to admit the same to probate and record, be given to Harry Langle and Cora Langle next of kin of the testator, resident of the state of Ohio, that said application will be for hearing before this court on the 3rd day of June A.D. 1902, at 9 o'clock A.M.
And afterward to-wit; -on the 28th day of May A.D. 1902 the following notice was issued:
NOTICE TO NEXT OF KIN.
The State of Ohio, Licking county, SS. Probate court.
In the matter of the last will and testament of George R. Green deceased.
To W. T. Green, You are hereby commanded to notify Harry Langle and Cora Langle given at least five days notice. That on the 6th day of May A. D. 1902, and instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Geo. R. Green late of Harriso [sic] township, in said county, deceased, was produced in open court, and an application to admit the same to probate was on the same day made in said court; said application will be for hearing before this court, on the 3rd day of Jun A. D. 1902, at 9 o'clock A. M. Herein fail not, but of this writ and service thereon, make due return.
Witness, my signature as Judge of the Probate Court, and the seal of said court, this [illegible] day of May A. D. 1902.
