one Hermann Pluetz of Regenwalde Germany remitted to me in behalf of said estate

And whereas:
heretofore on or about the 20" day of August 1903, Amanda Redford and J. S. Redford her husband, Amelia Mercer and Clarence Mercer her husband and Josephine Hood and Frank Hood her husband had respectively relinquished to George W. Dihle, Ida Dihle and Elsie Strickler all right, title, interest and claim in and to the estate of the aforesaid decedent (See Journal 6 at pages 534 and 535) and said relinquishments had been duly approved by this Probate Court (See Journal 7 at page 361) I distributed to the heirs as entitled by said relinquishments to wit: to
