YOUNG MOTHER DIES
Mrs. Henry Bugher and Baby Buried Friday Afternoon
Mrs. Ethel Sarah Bugher, 26, whose daughter, Ruth Elaine, was born March 28 and died the following day, followed the baby in death at 12:20 this morning at St. John's hospital. Mother and baby will be buried together Friday afternoon in Gypsum Hill cemetery, the funeral being held at 2:30 oclock at the Ryan-Sullivan Mortuary, Rev. Oscar T. Backlund, minister of Evangelical Mission church, being in charge. The body of the mother will lie in state at the mortuary until that time.
Mrs. Bugher was born in this county July 31, 1909 and had lived here all her life. She was the daughter of Mrs. Mary Youngberg, of the city. In the family, besides the husband, Henry Bugher, is a six-year-old son, Richard; two brothers, Carl and Ruben Youngberg, of Salina; and four sisters. They are Mrs. Elfreda Burt, Mrs. Alice Need, and Ruth Youngberg, of Salina, and Mrs. Bernice Griffith, Iron Mountain, Mich. Mrs. Bugher was a member of the Evangelical Mission church.
