Philbert E. McDowell
Philbert E. McDowell, 58, 245 Des Moines, died Monday at the Veteran's Hospital in Denver.
Mr. McDowell was born March 30, 1926, in Salina. He was a lifetime resident of the area and former owner-operator of the McDowell Craft Shop on South Santa Fe.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Ryan Mortuary.
