The undersigned Elizabeth Lengel widow & relict of Philip Lengel late of Violet Township dec'd, respectfully represent to your Honor that she is desirous to take under the Will of her said deceased husband, which will was admitted to Probate in your Honorable's Court on the 11th day of January Instant.
She therefore prays your Honor to order her said Election to be entered of Record in your said Court.
