The State of Ohio, Fairfield County, Court of Common Pleas

Special Session January 11, 1851

John Bright, John Swartz & F. W. Biggony the of[sic] the Subscribing Witnesses of a paper writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of Philip Lengel did being duly sworn in open court depose & say severally to questions propounded to them respecting the execution of said paper writing that at the time said paper was executed said Testator was of sound & disposing mind memory and understanding of full age and not under any restraint thereof and that they attested said paper writing as witnesses in the presence of and at the request of said Testator Philip Lengel who at the same time declared said paper writing to be his true last will & Testament.

Sworn & subscribed in open court January 11, 1851.
