Application to Admit Will to Probate

The Stateof Ohio, Fairfield County, ss.

In Probate Court.

Adam Langel being duly sworn, says that David Langel a resident of the Township of Violet in said county, died testate on or about the 1st day of July A. D. 1888.

Said affiant now comes and produces in Court a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said David Langel deceased, and asks to have the same admitted to Probate as and for the Last Will and Testament of the said David Langel, deceased. He further says that the said David Langel died, leaving the following named persons his widow and next to kin:

He therefore asks that the Court fix a day for the hearing of the application, and that the widow and next of kin of said decedent resident in this State, be notified of said time of hearing according to law.

August 15th A. D. 1888, In the matter of the Will of David Langel, Deceased.

This day an instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of David Langel, late of Violet Township, in the County, deceased, was filed in this Court and at the same time an application was made in writing to admit the same to Probate and Record: Wherefor it is ordered that said application will be for hearing before this Court on the 23d day of August A. D. 1888, at 11 o'clock A. M., and that due notice of the filing of said instrument of writing and of the time and place of hearing said application be given to the next of kin of the said deceased, resident of the State of Ohio. -- Notices issued and cause continued.

To Eliza Langel, Widow, Malinda Langel, Adam Langel, Isaac Langel, William Langel, Sarah Fenstermaker, Eliza Coffitts, Henry H. Langle, Caroline Shirm, Elnora Langel & Aaron Langel

You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of August A. D. 1888, an instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of David Langel late of Violet Township, in said County, deceased, was produced in open Court, and an application to admit the same to probate, was on the same day made in said Court. Said application will be for hearing before this Court, on the 23d day of August A. D. 1888, at 11 o'clock A. M.
