Last Will and Testament
In the name of the Benevolent Father of All, Amen:
I, George R. Green of the township of Harrison county of Licking, and state of Ohio, being about 60 years of age, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last wills and testament by me made heretofore:
FIRST:- My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
SECOND:- I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah C. Green all my estate both real and personal of every kind and description during her natural life or as long as she remains unmarried, and at her death or intermarriage it is my will that all my estate both real and personal shall be divided equally between my seven children Ann V. Langle Amanda C. Hannah Arminta F. Lennington Ella Langle, William T. Green, Jesse G. Green, And Pearl G. Green share for share alike to have and to hold forever.
ITEM THIRD:- It is my will that my son William T. Green's share shall include the new dwelling on the west side of York Street, located in the center of my farm on which I now reside.
ITEM FOUR:- It is my will that my daughter[sic] Jesse G. Green and Perl G. Green shall a home [sic] on the farm with their mother as long as they remain unmarried.
ITEM FIVE:- I hereby nominate and appoint Willie T. Green executor of this my last will and testament without bond.
In testimony whereof, I have set my hand to this, my last will and testament, at Pataskala t[sic] this 24th day of January, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Nine.

The foregoing instrument was signed by the said George R. Green in our presence and by him published and declared as and for his last Will and testament, and at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, we hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses at Pataskala this 24th day of January A.D. 1899.
