In the Probate Court of said County.

In the matter of the estate of Robert H. Dihle, deceased.

Order.

Now on this 24" day of May, 1904, and at the regular May term of said Court, comes George W. Dihle, administrator of the estate of Robert H Dihle, deceased, in person and by his attorney August Bondi, and moves, in writing, that the Court approve the relinquishments heretofore filed in the above named Court, viz: on September 1st, 1903, and said relinquishments being recorded in Journal 6 at pages 534 and 535 of the records of said Court, and that the Court adjudge George W. Dihle, Ida M. Dihle and Elsie E. Strickler to be entitled to share in the estate of the said Robert H. Dihle, deceased, in the proportion of one-third (1/3) each; and the Court after being duly advised in the premises finds that Robert H. Dihle, deceased, left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law the following named children and issue, to-wit: Amanda Redford, nee Dihle, Ida M. Dihle, George W. Dihle, Amelia Mercer, nee Dihle, Josephine Hood, nee Dihle and Elsie E. Strickler, nee Dihle; and that on the 10" day of August, 1903, said Josephine Hood and Frank Hood, her husband, duly relinquished all right, title, interest and claim which they or either of them had in and to all property of the estates of Robert H. Dihle and Jane Dihle, both deceased, to Elsie E. Strickler; that on the 18" day of August, 1903, said Amelie Mercer and her husband Clarence Mercer relinquished all right, title, interest and claim which they or either of them had in the estates of Robert H. Dihle and Jane Dihle, both deceased, to Ida M. Dihle; that said Amanda Redford and her husband J. S. Redford did, on the 20" day of August, 1903, duly relinquish the right, title, interest and claim which they or either of them had in the estates of Robert H. Dihle and Jane Dihle, both deceased, to George W. Dihle.

Wherefore it is considered and adjudged by the Court that said relinquishments be and the same are hereby approved; and it is further adjudged that Ida M. Dihle, George W. Dihle and Elsie E. Strickler are entitled to share in the estate of Robert H. Dihle, deceased, in the proportion of one-third (1/3) each.

Said administrator also delivers into Court certificates of stock representing seventy five shares in the Rosita Mining Company of Colorado and states that they are worthless and asks that the same be filed, which is hereby ordered done. Said administrator also represents that there are fourteen shares of stock in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery Association, belonging to the estate of said Robert H. Dihle, deceased, and asks that the same be distributed, by order of Court, among the following persons, to-wit; To George W. Dihle four shares, to Ida M. Dihle five shares and to Elsie E. Strickler five shares, and being duly advised in the premises the Court hereby orders the distribution of said shares of stock in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery Association in the proportion of four shares to George W. Dihle, five shares to Ida M. Dihle and five shares to Elsie E. Strickler.

Said administrator also presents his account of his administration of said estate and asks the approval of the same and for an order of distribution of the balance on hand among the said George W. Dihle, Ida M. Dihle and Elsie E. Strickler, and for a further order closing said administration and discharging him as such administrator and the release of his bondsmen; after an examination of said account the same is found to be true and correct and it is hereby by the Court approved, and said administrator is hereby ordered to pay to George W. Dihle, Ida M. Dihle and Elsie E. Strickler the balance on hand, in equal proportions, and present their receipts for the same.

Whereupon comes George W. Dihle, administrator of the estate of the said Robert H. Dihle, deceased, and presents the recipts[sic] of George W. Dihle, Ida M. Dihle, and Elsie E. Strickler for the balance in his hands, as shown by his report, and the said receipts are hereby ordered filed and the said estate is hereby closed and the said George W. Dihle is hereby discharged as such administrator and his bondsmen released and discharged fro further liability this 24" day of May, 1904.
