Miss Ida Dihle To Be Buried Here Sunday
Following a long illness, Miss Ida M. Dihle, 72, died Friday night at 7:30 at Larned, where she had lived the past six years. The balance of her life was lived in Salina where she was born January 7, 1870. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. B. A. Strickler of this city, and Mrs. Frank Hood, Chandler, Okla.
Miss Dihle was a member of the Easter Star and of St. John's Lutheran church, where private funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 oclock with Rev. B. R. Lantz in charge. The body was taken to the Rush Smith Funeral Home to remain until the hour of the services. Interment will be in Gypsum Hill cemetery. Her death marks the passing of another member of another pioneer Salina family.
