Myra J. DeWitt
McPHERSON -- Myra J. DeWitt, 81, McPherson, died Friday, March 23, 2001, at Memorial Hospital, McPherson.
Miss DeWitt was born Jan. 6, 1920, at rural Ellsworth County and was a resident of McPherson since 1992, moving from Wilson. She worked in a dry cleaning shop and was a CMA at a nursing home. She was a member of Hypatia Club of Wilson and a senior companion at Wilson Nursing Home.
Survivors include three sisters, Marian Cunningham, Ida Gertrude Small and Jane Smith, all of McPherson.
There will be no service. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Wilson Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Wilson Nursing Home in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 Chestnut, McPherson 67460.
There will be no visitation.
